We want you to be completely satisfied with your Solace London purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all full-price items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags and original packaging remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original branded packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are undisturbed.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
